5. What you post

You agree not to post anything defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, false, misleading or otherwise unlawful under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. 6. Editorial independence and accuracy

We report as accurately, fairly and responsibly as we can. News is often reported while events are still unfolding and may be revised as more facts emerge. 11. No warranties

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
